Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Ocean Floor Strategies (“OFS”, “we”, “us”), operator of OFS Domains at www.ofsdomains.com. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

The service

OFS Domains helps you claim domain names, generate and host websites, publish hosted pages under ofsdomains.com/s/, list names on web and Web3, and get help from the AI Build Desk.

Accounts

You need an account for purchases. Give an accurate email, confirm it with the link we send, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract; if you use OFS for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.

Plans and pricing

Claim — $10 per year.
OFS One — $99 per year.
Abyss One — $299 per month.

Each plan includes a .com-priced name credit. TLDs that cost more than the .com credit carry a surcharge, shown at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes unless stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change prices for future terms with notice; changes do not affect a term you have already paid for.

Domain registration

Names are registered after payment through our registrar, Porkbun, subject to availability. Availability is checked at checkout, but a name can still be lost to another buyer or refused by the registry before registration completes; if that happens, we will offer another name or a refund for that name. Every registration is subject to the registrar’s registration agreement, the registry’s policies, and ICANN policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy and registrant rights and responsibilities. You must provide accurate registrant information and keep it current. WHOIS privacy is on where the registry supports it.

Renewals

Yearly plans renew each year and Abyss One renews each month, unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send renewal reminders. If a renewal fails or is cancelled, hosted features stop and the name may expire under the registrar’s and registry’s grace and redemption rules, which may carry extra fees.

Refunds and chargebacks

Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable once the name is registered, because the registry charges for it. Contact Support within 14 days of a purchase if something went wrong, and we will review it in good faith; this does not limit any refund rights you have under law. Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We may suspend accounts with open chargebacks or fraudulent payments.

Acceptable use

You may not use OFS Domains, including hosted pages under ofsdomains.com/s/*, to:

phish, steal credentials, or run scams or fraud;
distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful code;
impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or register names in bad faith;
host or link to illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes others’ rights;
send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or use email lists without consent;
harass, threaten, or incite violence against others;
attack, overload, scrape, or try to bypass the security or limits of the service.

We may remove content, suspend pages or names, and report unlawful activity when we reasonably believe these rules are broken.

AI output

The Build Desk uses third-party AI models. Its answers, code, and briefs may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable, and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Review and test output before relying on it. Don’t submit secrets or data you are not allowed to share. You are responsible for what you publish.

Your content and publisher rights

You keep ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish. You give us a limited licence to host, store, copy, display, and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload. Publisher rights and our no-remix policy are set out on Rights. OFS brands, names, and the platform remain ours.

Termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or risk to others. Where we can, we will give notice and a chance to move your names to another registrar; domains you have paid for remain registered to you for their term unless removed for abuse or a legal order.

Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, that a particular name will be available, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OFS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of [venue to be confirmed], except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify signed-in users before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
